DUTIES: Event Production Technicians are responsible to set up and run the sound/video equipment used to conduct live events such as chapel, music events, student productions, and concerts. They mix soundboards, play video recordings, enhance lighting, and coordinate graphics. Cool-headed, self-motivated individuals who think fast on their feet will thrive in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external individuals
- Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
Preferred Skills (will train to meet preferred skills):
- Knowledge of Pro-Video Player
- Knowledge of Pro-Presenter 7
- Sound board / Stream mixing
- Video / lighting experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on intercoms
