DUTIES:
 
        Duties for this job: minor repairs, painting, and other maintenance tasks.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
        Ideal candidates for this job are reliable and have a willingness to work. They should also have a general maintenance skills.
 
SCHEDULE:
 
        The schedule for this job is flexible, but consists chiefly of hours between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
